Jerry and his wife Barb have been married 45 years and have 3 married children:  Mark, Sarah, and Michael. They have 8 grandchildren. He has been a pastor since 1983, serving in North Carolina and Maryland. In 2012, God led Jerry and Barb to Hagerstown and to VABC. While serving as pastor, Jerry also serves as a chaplain at the Hagerstown Rescue Mission, and in a Good News Club at Hickory Elementary School.

Jerry loves to read non-fiction books, especially books about health. He has a M. Div and a DMin from Trinity International University.  In his spare time, Jerry enjoys dates with Barb, building furniture in his woodworking shop, playing chess, and getting some exercise.

Currently, Pastor Jerry is preaching through 1 Thessalonians, while teaching through Revelation beforehand in Sunday School.
